In the classic, military strategist, Zhuge Liang, devised a strategy, followed by a step- by-step plan, for Liu Bei (who was then a nobody) to win over lands to become the Emperor of the Shu Han Empire. Shu became one of the 3 Kingdoms along with the mighty Wei and Wu Kingdoms.
